Guests of the VII International festival "Parade of Stars at the Opera"

From January 31 to March 30 Krasnoyarsk will become the center of opera art. Singers and conductors of the leading theatres of Russia, Italy the USA, Slovakia, Belarus, Kazakhstan will gather in our city. And today we are glad to present you guests of the VII International festival "Parade of Stars at the Opera" devoted to the people's artist of the USSR Galina Vishnevskaya.

Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatreGala concert (on the 31st of January) with participation of soloists of the Center of opera singing of G. Vishnevskaya, among which soloist of the Mikhaylovsky theatre Svetlana Moskalenko (St. Petersburg), the soloist of the Bolshoi theatre Agunda Kulayeva (Moscow), soloists of the New Opera theatre Ekaterina Mironycheva, Irina Moreva, Alexey Tatarintsev and Sergey Polyakov (Moscow), and also Alexander Aliyev and Vladislav Popov (Moscow) will open "Parade". The conductor-trainee of the Bolshoi theatre Alexander Solovyov will operate the orchestra.

The main parties in G. Verdi's opera "Aida" (on the 2nd of February) will execute the leading soloist of Astana Opera theatre Zhupar Gabdullina (Aida) and the honored artist of Russia, soloist of the Bolshoi theatre Roman Muravitsky (Radames). The conductor – Denis Vlasenko (Moscow).

Soloists of the Bolshoi theatre (on the 5th of February) will take part in G. Verdi's Requiem: Soprano – the honored artist of Russia Marina Lapina, the Mezzo-soprano –the people's artist of Russia Irina Dolzhenko, the Bass – the honored artist of Russia Mikhail Kazakov, the Tenor – the honored artist of Russia Roman Muravitsky.

Premiere of the opera of L. Kerubini "Medea" (on the 17th of February) will conduct Sergey Hanukayev (USA).

In P. Tchaikovsky's opera "Eugene Onegin" (on the 21st of February) will perform Onegin's part the honored figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, soloist of the Astana Opera Talgat Musabayev (Kazakhstan). The conductor – the chief conductor and the musical director of the St. Petersburg state academic symphonic orchestra Peter Feranez (Slovakia).

In "Boris Godunov" of M. Mussorgsky soloists and the conductor of the New Opera theatre, Moscow (on the 28th of February) will act: Boris Godunov – Vitaly Efanov, Pimen –the honored artist of Russia Vladimir Kudashev. The conductor – Dmitry Volosnikov.

"Queen of spades" of P. Tchaikovsky (on the 2nd of March): Herman – the honored artist of the Chuvash Republic, the soloist of the Chuvash state opera and ballet theatre Ivan Snigirev (Cheboksary), Lisa – people's artist of Russia, the soloist of the Bolshoi theatre Elena Zelenskaya (Moscow), the Countess – honored artist of Russia, soloist of the Bolshoi theatre Aleksandra Durseneva (Moscow). The conductor – honored figure of the Chuvash Republic, artistic director and chief conductor of the Chuvash state opera and ballet theatre Olga Nesterova (Cheboksary).

"Prince Igor" of A. Borodin (on the 13th of March): Konchak – people's artist of Republic of Bashkortostan, soloist of the Maryinsky theatre Askar Abdrazakov (St. Petersburg). The conductor – honored figure of Russia, people's artist of Republic of Belarus, chief conductor of the National symphonic orchestra of Republic of Belarus, artistic director and chief conductor of the Samara academic opera and ballet theatre Alexander Anisimov (Belarus).

G. Puccini's "Tosca" (on the 19th of March): Kavaradossi – the soloist of the Buryat state academic opera and ballet theater Mikhail Pirogov (Ulan-Ude), Tosca – the soloist of the Maryinsky theatre Victoria Yastrebova (St. Petersburg). The conductor – the artistic director of the St. Petersburg state theatre "Music-Hall" Fabio Mastrandzhelo (Italy).

"Madam Batterflay" of G. Puccini: Pinkerton – the soloist of the Bolshoi theatre Maxim Pasteur (Moscow). The conductor – Damian Iorio (Italy).

The festival will come to the end with Gala concert (on the 30th of March) with participation of actors of the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre, and also guests of the festival – soloists of the New Opera theatre Victoria Yarova and Evgeny Stavinsky (Moscow).
