New Year debuts in January 2021

Artists of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre are actively rehearsing on the eve of the New Year: in January 2021 they will present a bunch of debuts in their favourite performances to the audience.

Thus, on January 5, 2021, Daniil Kostylev is going to dance his interpretation of the image of the evil fairy Carabosse in the fabulous ballet The Sleeping Beauty by Pyotr Tchaikovsky. On January 15, in another Tchaikovsky's masterpiece - Romeo and Juliet - the title roles will be performed by Elena Svinko and Marcello Pelizzoni for the first time; on January 16, Yuri Kudryavtsev will debut as Mercutio.

The pearl of Russian opera classics - Eugene Onegin by Pyotr Tchaikovsky - will feature three debuts at once. On January 22, the new soloist Anna Avakyan will take the stage of the Krasnoyarsk theatre in the role of Tatiana. Fans of the romance art songs could already see Anna's performance in the concert Inspirational Poetic Lines. On January 23, the soloist of the opera company Aliona Babivskaya will present her vision of Tatiana's image for the first time, and Vasily Korsar will debut as funny Monsieur Triquet.

Sevastian Martyniuk as Troubadour and Eugeny Baldanov as King will appear for the first time in the cheerful children's play (which will delight adults, too) to the music of Gennady Gladkov - Town Musicians of Bremen.
