Our congratulations on the award!

Our opera soloist Anna Kiseliova and the orchestra harp player Olga Morozova were awarded with the rank of “Honoured Worker of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Region”. Plaques of honour were handed over to our artists by the acting governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Alexander Uss.

Honoured WorkerHonouring ceremony was held in the Big Concert Hall of the Philharmonic Society and was timed to the Day of the Worker of Culture. 22 employees were awarded with the rank this year.

Our opera singers and ballet dancers glorify the region far beyond the homeland, our theatres are awarded with the national award “Golden Mask”, and the audience of the famous concert halls applauds to the Krasnoyarsk Academic Symphony Orchestra. But no less important is that in the territory of a huge region there are museums, rural clubs, libraries, where wonderful, sincere, enthusiastic people work. Thank you for your dedication to the noble calling. I wish grateful listeners, readers and certainly great human happiness to all the culture workers!”, stated the head of the Region.

Anna Kiseliova has been working in our theatre since 1999, she has many a time won the prestigious vocal competitions and she is the favourite of the audience. Admirers of elite opera art love the singer for her beautiful clean voice. All her performances are filled with emotional experience, they are sincere and heartfelt. “The artist possesses an amazing dramatic talent and unlimited emotional resources, she’s able to convey emotional awe, tenderness, drama through the lively breath of vocal phrases, each of which is filled with feeling and inspiration. Her manner of performance is distinguished by the bright dramatic embodiment of every "portrait in sounds", the nobility of sound production, which confirms the high level of professionalism and her own vision of the performed compositions’ storylines”, - the media comment on the performing talent of the singer.

Honoured WorkerOlga Morozova started her artistic journey at the Odessa National Opera and Ballet Theatre, and in 1978 she was invited to the Krasnoyarsk Opera. She took part in tours in the UK, Bulgaria, China, Germany and the United Arab Emirates. She also performed solo concerts in various cities of Russia accompanied by an orchestra. She worked with the outstanding conductors, such as Fabio Mastrangelo (Italy), Peter Feranec (Slovakia), Andrey Shevchuk (France), Dmitri Yurovsky (Holland), Dmitri Volosnikov (Russia), Boris Afanasyev (Ukraine), Boris Gruzin (Great Britain) and many others.

In addition to taking part in performances and concerts of our theatre, Olga Morozova is also engaged in teaching: she is a teacher in the harp class at the Krasnoyarsk Music and Theatre Gymnasium No. 12 and the College of Arts on the basis of the Krasnoyarsk State Institute of Arts. Olga Nikolaevna's students successfully work not only in the orchestras of the Krasnoyarsk theatres, but also in the Odessa National Opera and Ballet Theatre.
