Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre together with Alliance of initiatives "Krasnoyarye without orphans" realizes the social theatre project "Family as a Gift". Within the project will pass show of the children's ballet "Three Pigs" with participation of pupils of orphanages of Krasnoyarsk. More than ten children at the age of 5-6 years will be involved in the main parties and in crowd scenes of the performance.

The initiative of holding joint performance belongs to the leading soloist of ballet troupe of the theatre Natalya Bobrova. "This project seemed to us interesting, and we suggested to hold joint performance. Besides in our repertoire there is wonderful, and familiar to all since the childhood, a fairy tale "Three Pigs" into which it is possible to enter children, – Natalya Bobrova tells. – The most important task for us was to interest and carry away them, that to them it was interesting and comfortable that they had an incentive. Certainly, all of them are good fellows, very much try – work as adult actors. But, of course, it is necessary to give a discount that at them is the first big performance. Up to this point these children never participated even in the most ordinary concerts. For them it is very exiting".

The ballet "Three Pigs" will become the first statement which will take place on "big scene" together with professional actors. Children will participate in the performance from beginning to end, to them it is necessary not only to dance, but also to sing, and some even will have solo numbers.

Project «The Family as a Gift» is an unusual form of work with children without parental support and a creative way of drawing attention to the orphanhood problem. Its main aim is – assistance to the family arrangement of orphan children. The special attention is focused on destiny of the children which played roles in the performance. And also to show to the public that you shouldn't be afraid to accept in the family pupils of orphanages, as they can become desired and beloved children.

This project is successfully realized two years. Eight performances in various cities of Krasnoyarsk territory are during this time shown. Says about success of the project also that fact that for some months of rehearsals of the ballet "Three Pigs" already two children found new parents.
