Nikita Dmitriyevsky

The Russian choreographer and the director, the producer and the art director of various dancing projects in Russia and the Europe countries, the artistic director of the festival «GRAND PAS».

He graduated from the Moscow choreographic school. After release in 1997 he was employed in the Bolshoi theatre. In 2000 he was invited to training to the Netherlands theatre of dance of Jiri Kylian, having become the first Russian dancer in this troupe. During this period he cooperated  with other dancing collectives of Holland.

Since 1996 tries the forces in creation of choreography, then starts teaching at various schools and studios of Moscow. As the choreographer combines various dancing styles and genres in works, uses difficult light scores in performances.

As the choreographer and the light artist staged about twenty performances and ballet numbers. Among them – the musical "Prince and Beggar" (Novosibirsk), "Bourgeois Gentleman" (Maryinsky Theatre), "Cassandra" (Boris Eifman's Theatre), "Sansara" (Ballet Moscow theatre), etc.
