The soloist of the Bolshoi theatre, honored artist of Russia Mikhail Gubsky will appear on the stage of the Krasnoyarsk state theatre of opera and ballet.

On the December 13^th he will perform Sadko's part in the opera of Nikolay Rimsky-Korsakov of the same name. It is history about the brave Novgorod gusla player who managed to grow rich by miracle to go to long voyage, to amuse the Sea King and to marry his daughter Volkhova.

On the December 20^th the singer will step on the stage in Pinkerton's party in Giacomo Puccini's opera "Madam Batterflay". More than 100 years this love story of the young Japanese geisha Chio-Chio-san and the American lieutenant Pinkerton doesn't descend from scenes of opera theatres of the world. The composer created the original musical tragedy which for all times kept the high pure human feelings given by ingenious music.

It is not the first visit of Mikhail Gubsky to our city. He repeatedly participated in the international festival "Parade of Stars in Opera". The performer goes on tour much, him regularly invite for performance on the leading opera platforms of the world. In his repertoire more than 30 parties in Verdi, Donizetti, Tchaikovsky, Mussorgsky, Mascagni, Prokofiev's operas and many others. It worked with such conductors as Mstislav Rostropovich, Mikhail Pletnev, Vladimir Spivakov, Evgeny Kolobov.
