At the opera troupe of the theatre there is a new soloist, Nikolay Pronin (bass) – the graduater of the Moscow conservatory, the winner of various competitions and festivals.

The singer makes concert programs on various scenic platforms among which Big, Small and Rakhmaninovsky halls of the Moscow conservatory, he is engaged in pedagogical activity, goes on tour in Russia and abroad – Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Poland, France, South and North Korea, China.

In repertoire of the soloist there are romances of Russians and foreign composers, songs of the Soviet composers, the Russian national and Neapolitan songs, and also arias from operas "Eugene Onegin" and "Queen of spades" of P. Tchaikovsky, S. Rachmaninov's "Alecko", G. Bizet's "Carmen", R. Leoncavallo's "Clowns", N. Rimsky-Korsakov's "Sadko", "Boris Godunov" of M. Mussorgsky and others.

The closest performances of Nikolay Pronin on the scene of the theatre will take place on December 2 and 13, he will perform Salieri's part in the opera "Amadeus", and also party of the Varangian guest in the opera "Sadko".
