April 28 at the Krasnoyarsk opera and ballet theatre there is gala concert "Russian Souvenir". This program is specially prepared for the international festival "Russian Cultural Seasons", which will be held at Switzerland. On May 26 our ballet troupe will perform at the Basel Musical Theatre. The Krasnoyarsk audience has a unique opportunity to evaluate this program first.
Each concert number is a small play. During the evening the audience will see the most famous pas de deux and scenes from Pyotr Tchaikovsky's ballets “The Nutcracker’, “Swan Lake”, “Sleeping Beauty” and “Snow Maiden’, choreographic pieces for the works of Mikhail Glinka and Sergei Rachmaninov, as well as a piece of ballet Sergei Prokofiev "Stone Flower" in the production of Yuri Grigorovich.
