The star of theatre and cinema, the People's artist of Russia Sergey Garmash will act at the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre. On the 12th and 13th of October on the stage of the theatre – the literary musical evening devoted to our countryman, the writer Victor Astafyev, and evening of ballets on his works. Sergey Garmash will read prose of the writer.
These actions will take place within the project of the theatre devoted to the 70th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and The Year of literature in Russia which in turn entered the program of the international cultural centers of Russia "The intersection of cultures 2015".
The 12th of October favourite pieces of music of Victor Astafyev will be executed by Sergey Garmash, the leading soloists of the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre, among which honored actress of Russia Vera Baranova, winners of the international competitions Olga Cheremnykh and Evgeny Mizin, and also guests of the project – the soloist of the Moscow theatre “The New opera” Artem Garnov, the People's artist of Uzbekistan Samandar Alimov, the winner of the international competitions Li Yong Song (Korea). The winner of the award "Gold Mask" Dmitry Volosnikov will conduct the orchestra.
On the 13th of October the audience will be able to get acquainted at once with six military short stories of Astafyev united in one performance. There will present to public the choreographic miniatures staged on the works "Last tribute", "You Are My Pigeon Gray-winged", "Not One Path in the Field", "Military Pastoral", "Aria of Kavaradossi" and "Trench Truth". These mini-ballets – alloy of music, plasticity, painting, literature and modern means of scenography. Authors of these miniatures are Vera Arbuzova, Dmitry Zalessky, Dmitry Antipov, Vyacheslav Kulayev, Alexander Mogilev and Vladimir Romanovsky. All of them are young, bright and perspective representatives of new generation of choreographers. These are widely demanded directors on different projects – musical, theatre and television shows, such as "Dances" on the TNT channel, the Olympic Games in Sochi.
