The ballet company of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre is going on a tour to the town of Minusinsk.

On October 7 and 8, the audience will have the opportunity to see two shows of Giselle, the ballet by Adolphe Adam, at the Minusinsk Centre for Cultural Development. Honoured Artist of Russia Yekaterina Bulgutova will take the stage in the title role; Kirill Litvinenko is going to dance the role of her frivolous lover Count Albert; the role of faithful Hans will be performed by Egor Osokin (October 7) and Grigory Botenkov (October 8). The mystical image of the Willis mistress Myrta will be presented by Lolita Moshkova.

On Sunday morning October 8, the Krasnoyarsk ballet artists will perform a family production in Minusinsk - the ballet Three Little Pigs to the music of Sanat Kibirova (based on the English folk tale beloved by many generations of children and adults). It’s worth mentioning that this cheerful show about friendship and mutual assistance is regularly included in the playbill of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre as part of the social project Family as a Gift that allows children from orphanages appear on the stage along with professional artists.
