Dear spectators, On May 11, 2020, President of Russia Vladimir Putin announced that the non-working days period is over throughout the country and turned over control of the situation to the heads of the Regions. The Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Alexander Uss decided to prolong the self-isolation regime. In the decree #115-ug of 05/11/2020, the previously taken preventive measures including cancelling public events are extended until May 31. That’s why all the events of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre are suspended until May 31.

We remind you that tickets purchased for the events cancelled in this period can be returned or exchanged to see another performance of the current season after the self-isolation regime is cancelled.

That’s how you can do it:

If you bought tickets via www.krasbilet.ru, www.krasticket.ru, www.kassy.ru, www.kassir.ru, you can return them via these sites.
If you bought tickets on the theatre’s websitу, you need to send a letter from the mail indicated during the order to the address help@edinoepole.ru with the following content: “I ask you to refund the money for the order # (indicate the order number) purchased in (indicate the theatre/club/organizer or another), for the reason (indicate the reason).” The entire cost of the order will be transferred to the account the payment for a ticket was made from within 5-7 days, depending on your bank’s conditions.

Because of the self-isolation regime in Krasnoyarsk, the theatre’s box office also closes until May 31. Therefore, if you bought a ticket there, you can return it after the self-isolation regime comes to an end.
