On March 17 within the action "Theatre Night" the Krasnoyarsk opera and ballet theatre will present the opera and plastic performance "Victory over the Sun" devoted to the 100 anniversary of the Russian vanguard.

For the audience who has come this night to the theatre about ten various platforms will work. On one visitors will be able to become for a while Kandinsky and to reproduce works of the artist under the sensitive guide of the maestro. On another – we will recreate Malevich's corner and "we will recover" the well-known Black square to the huge sizes. Everyone will be able to take part in a construction of one of communism symbols – Tatlin's towers and to be influenced what is a futuristic make-up. Also other platforms will become not less interesting. So, Vladimir Mayakovsky will suit trial of imagists, and Anna Akhmatova will oppose Nikolay Gumilev.

The performance "Victory over the Sun" which has given the name to all action will become one of the central events of night. So was called the futuristic performance opera of the poet Alexey Kruchyonykh, the composer Mikhail Matyushin and the artist Kazimir Malevich – one of the most provocative and non-standard statements of the XX century. Its main subject is an apocalyptic victory over past remnants.

The stunning show is prepared also by young choreographers Olesya Aldonina and Nadezhda Panfilova. They will present musical and plastic statement "Yellow, red, blue". The palette and philosophy of the artist Vasily Kandinsky became the source of their inspiration.

Besides, Krasnoyarsk citizens will be able to see absolutely unique reproductions of pictures provided by the State central theatre museum named after A.A. Bakhrushin (Moscow), as well as the pictures of students of the Krasnoyarsk state art institute executed in style of vanguard of the 20th century.
