The Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre leading soloist, Honoured Artist of Russia Vera Baranova won a nomination in the regional competition of the best creative specialists. The singer was nominated for the personal contribution into preserving and developing the Krasnoyarsk Region’s culture. Congratulations!
This year there are 50 winners altogether in different nominations in the competition. They are teachers of art schools for children, masters of music or dancing collectives, singers and dancers, choirmasters, librarians and other creative specialists. There are two nominations in the competition: “For the personal contribution into preserving and developing the Krasnoyarsk Region’s culture” and “For the youngsters’ personal achievements in culture and arts”. Forty persons won the first nomination, each of them granted with 100 thousand roubles. Ten winners in the second nomination were granted with 70 thousand roubles each.
“We understand that the groundwork should be laid, the groundwork for promoting a love of art for kids, the groundwork for theatres and libraries to be visited more frequently, for new theatrical stars to appear. I believe, there are favourable conditions for all of this in Krasnoyarsk. We supported and will support the cultural sphere and its representatives”, - Acting Chairman of the Krasnoyarsk Region Government Viktor Tomenko said at granting rewards.
