The leading soloists of the ballet Olesya Aldonina, Ekaterina Bulgutova, Yury Kudryavtsev and the ballet master-director Dmitry Antipov will take part at the All-Russian competition of ballet dancers and choreographers in the nomination "Modern Dance at Musical Theatre" which will take place from December 1 to December 5 at the Moscow state academic children's musical theatre named after N. I. Sats.

Competition consists of two stages: selection which was carried out on videos of participants, and the final, including the I and the II rounds which are taking place in Moscow.

By results of the first stage the final was reached by 54 dancers and 8 choreographic collectives from Moscow, St. Petersburg, Krasnodar, Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Ufa, Yakutsk, Tolyatti, Chelyabinsk, Ulan-Ude, Kaluga, Perm and Kazan.

Authoritative Russian choreographers, teachers, heads of theaters, eminent persons of choreography, representatives of modern musical theatre, among which the artistic director of Krasnoyarsk opera and ballet theatre honored artist of Russia Sergey Bobrov will estimate contestants.

The People's artist of the USSR, the President of the International union of figures of choreography, the ballet master of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia, professor of MGAC Yury Grigorovich will head the competitive jury.
