The Spring Choirs Chapel Festival is held under the patronage of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Arts, which has been organizing and curating the festival throughout its history.
