Anna Kudryavtseva to perform at the Trans-Siberian Art Festival
Prima ballerina of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre Anna Kudryavtseva will appear in the Classics of Russian Ballet programme as part of the 13th Trans-Siberian Art Festival on April 4.
Her partner on stage will be Bolshoi Theatre soloist Karim Abdullin. Together they will perform the Adagio from Raymonda by Alexander Glazunov.
The Classics of Russian Ballet concert will also feature leading dancers from the Bolshoi Theatre and the Stanislavsky and Nemirovich-Danchenko Moscow Academic Music Theatre including such stars as Evgenia Obraztsova and Igor Tsvirko.
Audiences in Krasnoyarsk can also see Anna Kudryavtseva on her home stage: on April 1, she'll dance the role of Aegina in Spartacus by Aram Khachaturian, and on April 24 she will appear as Odile in Swan Lake by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky.
