Davit Esayan sang at the Philharmonic Hall of the Republic of Adygea

Soloist of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Davit Esayan took part in a concert held on the stage of the State Philharmonia of the Republic of Adygea in Maykop.

The Krasnoyarsk tenor singer performed two operatic hits: the Duke's aria from the Giuseppe Verdi's opera Rigoletto and Herman’s arioso Forgive Me, Celestial Creature from the Pyotr Tchaikovsky's opera The Queen of Spades, as well as three popular Italian songs: Granada by Agustín Lara, Catari by Salvatore Cardillo, Funiculì, Funiculà by Luigi Denza.

Davit Esayan sang along with famous Russian performers Dmitri Masleev (piano) and Vasily Stepanov (cello) accompanied by the State Philharmonic Orchestra of the Republic of Adygea. The concert took place within the project The Cycle of Concerts of Russian and International Competitions Laureates organized on behalf of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation and with the informational support of the Federal State Educational Institution of Culture ROSCONCERT. The concert programme comprised masterpieces of Russian and foreign classics.

On the Krasnoyarsk stage, Davit Esayan is going to perform quite soon: on May 13 and 14, he will sing the leading role of Andrey Morozov in Pyotr Tchaikovsky's opera Oprichnik. On May 20 and 21, he will perform the part of the merchant Maxim Stroganov in Alexander Tchaikovsky's opera Yermak; on June 7 - the part of Lensky in Pyotr Tchaikovsky's Eugene Onegin.
