Dmitri Yurovsky and Mikhail Leontiev have performed concerts on Russian and international stages

In October 2023, Chief Conductor of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Dmitri Yurovsky performed in St. Petersburg; conductor Mikhail Leontiev - in Chengdu (China) and Surgut.

Dmitri Yurovsky opened the music festival Tchaikovsky. Reload with a large-scale concert on the stage of the St. Petersburg Philharmonic Hall. He conducted the Governor's Symphony Orchestra of St. Petersburg; they performed works by Pyotr Tchaikovsky: Italian Capriccio, Rococo Variations for cello and orchestra (soloist - People's Artist of the Russian Federation Sergei Roldugin), and the Fourth Symphony.

This was not the first time Mikhail Leontiev performed in China. In the capital of Sichuan province, the city of Chengdu with a population of 20 million people, a concert of Russian music was performed by the Chinese musicians of the Sichuan Symphony Orchestra conducted by the Russian conductor. The First Symphony by Dmitri Shostakovich, Rhapsody on a Theme of Paganini by Sergei Rachmaninov were presented to the Chinese spectators, as well as excerpts from operas by Nikolai Rimsky-Korsakov performed by the Russian singer Maria Kurochkina. Mikhail Leontiev also conducted the Surgut Philharmonic Symphony Orchestra performing the concert programme What Music That Was! The concert for violin and orchestra by Antonín Dvořák (soloist - People's Artist of Russia Lev Klychkov, St. Petersburg) and the Fourth Symphony by Pyotr Tchaikovsky were performed.

We’d like to add that at the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre, Mikhail Leontiev will conduct the Giuseppe Verdi’s opera La Traviata on October 28 and 29. Dmitri Yurovsky will take the conductor’s stand at the premiere performances of Modest Mussorgsky's opera Boris Godunov in Krasnoyarsk on November 24, 25, 26, 2023.
