Thirteen Swan Lake debuts to be performed in October

In October 2023, Pyotr Tchaikovsky’s ballet Swan Lake will be performed on the stage of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre three times: on the 19th, 20th, and 21st of October. On each of these shows, spectators will see debut performances.

In the 46th season, Rino Fukuoka joined the ballet company of the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. Rino was born in the city of Miyazaki in Japan. She received her education in Russia: in 2023, she graduated from the Perm State Choreography School. Rino is a diploma laureate of the international ballet competition Arabesque. The young artist will make her debut in Swan Lake in several parts at once: the Pas de Trois on October 19, Swans Pas de Quatre on October 19, and Neapolitan Dance on October 21.

The show on October 19 is especially lavish with the first performances: Alexandra Ermicheva (Villager), Ksenia Lyapina (in the Swans Pas de Deux), Aliona Alekseenko (Hungarian dance), Arina Osipyuk (Polish dance), Lolita Moshkova (Spanish dance). On October 20, Sakiho Kobayashi, Rino Fukuoka's compatriot, will take the stage for the first time in the Pas de Trois dance, and Arina Osipyuk - in Hungarian dance (both young women joined the Krasnoyarsk ballet company in 2023). On October 21, Sofia Rybina will for the first time perform the Polish dance.
