The head of Krasnoyarsk Region, Mikhail Kotyukov, has presented opera soloist Anna Kiseliova of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre with the official badge and certificate conferring upon her the honorary title Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation.

Anna Vladimirovna received this distinction by decree issued on September 26, 2025 (No. 686).

The title Honoured Artist of the Russian Federation is awarded to highly accomplished figures in the arts — including singers — for their personal contribution to creating works of high artistic merit, acclaimed by both the public and the professional community; for their participation in socially significant concerts, productions, and other cultural events; and for their long-standing, fruitful concert and theatrical activity.

For opera artists, this honorary title may be awarded only after at least 20 years of professional creative journey.
