Principal dancer of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Natalia Bobrova was given the medal “For Achievements in Literature and Art of the Russian Federation”. Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Mikhail Kotyukov handed out the award to Natalia.
Natalia Bobrova has been serving in the Theatre for 20 years. On the stage of the Theatre, she has performed more than 25 solo parts in classical and contemporary ballets. As the ballet company’s member, she toured in the UK, Mexico, Japan, the Czech Republic, Italy.
In 2011 and 2012, Natalia made her debut as an assistant choreographer in the ballets The Hussar Ballad by Khrennikov and Elektra by Strauss respectively. Natalia Bobrova choreographed the ballet Hanukkah (premiered on November 10, 2017). Along with Olesya Aldonina, she choreographed the ballet production Leningrad Symphony (premiered on September 7, 2020).
She took part in Elena Evelson's art project Lust for Life; its proceeds were used to treat children with cancer. In 2015, Natalia Bobrova launched the project Family as a Gift. Thanks to this project, 58 children from orphanages have already found families.
