The Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre presents the Open Rehearsal project and invites the audience to see how directors, artists, and musicians work on theatre productions. The tickets are already on sale.
The Open Rehearsal project is a unique opportunity to see the life of the Theatre from the inside, to look at what is usually inaccessible to the audience. The guests will hear the director's live comments, the conductor's remarks to the orchestra, and find out how many times a particular passage needs to be rehearsed in order to bring it to the ideal. Each Open Rehearsal will last one hour while the Theatre’s team work on one scene of a show.
The first production participating in the project is Pyotr Tchaikovsky's opera Eugene Onegin. The show itself will be performed on November 9; its Open Rehearsal will take place between 7p.m. and 8p.m. on November 8. Adolphe Adam's ballet Giselle will be next to be openly rehearsed: performances will be held on November 16 and 17, its Open Rehearsal on November 15, from 6p.m. to 7p.m.
The ticket price for receiving unusual emotions is only 100 roubles. Seats are limited, so don't delay your ticket purchase. Tickets can be bought, as usual, at the Theatre’s box office, on the Krasopera.ru website, and on the platforms of ticket operators.
