Roman Muravitsky in the opera "Clowns"

The soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre honored artist of Russia Roman Muravitsky will appear on the stage of the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre again. On April the 1st the famous tenor who has subdued millions of admirers of the opera around the world will take part in Ruggero Leoncavallo's opera "Clowns", having performed Canio's part.

"Clowns"The opera "Clowns" is considered the best creation of Leoncavallo. This work has bypassed the best scenes of world opera theatres and has brought to the composer the international recognition. Leoncavallo in "Clowns" has reached the unsurpassed depth and expressiveness in the image of human emotions and passions. The composer has taken the event from real life as a plot basis, which witness he became, being a child.

Roman Muravitsky is familiar to the Krasnoyarsk public for a long time – he not once performed the main parts in performances of the main repertoire, and also participated in the annual festival "Parade of Stars in Opera".
