On March 2 on a scene of Krasnoyarsk opera and ballet theater "Queen of spades" – work of the genius of the Russian music Pyotr Tchaikovsky based on the mystical story of Pushkin of the same name. This performance will become continuation of the VII International festival "Parade of Stars at the Opera".

This day the main parts will be performed by guests of a festival: soloists of the Bolshoi Theatre – the people's artist of Russia Elena Zelenskaya (Lisa) and the honored actress of Russia Aleksandra Durseneva (Countess), and also the soloist of the Chuvash state opera and ballet theatre honored artist of the Chuvash Republic Ivan Snigirev (Herman). The artistic director and the chief conductor of the Chuvash state opera and ballet theatre Olga Nesterova will operate the orchestra.

"Queen of spades" one of the most large-scale performances of theatre. For statement more than 300 various suits of 19 century and the most difficult scenery among which there is the whole system of bridges –  visual symbol of St. Petersburg have been created. Throughout all opera all hardware of the scene is involved. About 200 actors, including pupils of Model children's opera studio are engaged at the performance. In addition statement is decorated by  picturesque ballet mini-performance – peculiar with reflection of drama collisions of the plot.

We will remind, the VII International festival "Parade of Stars at the Opera" takes place at the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre from January 31 to March 30. He is devoted to the people's artist of the USSR Galina Vishnevskaya since the birth of whom 90 anniversary is celebrated in 2016.
