Summer season highlights now on sale
Tickets are now available for the final months of the 48th season — June and July — at the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre.
The centerpiece of the summer programme will be the premiere of the chamber opera Thea by Vladimir Rebikov, a Krasnoyarsk-born composer of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. The production will open on July 3 on the theatre’s main stage.
In June, audiences will have the chance to see standout premieres from the current season—including the ballet Pushkin set to music by Konstantin Borisov—as well as acclaimed productions from previous seasons: Turandot by Giacomo Puccini and Orpheus and Eurydice by Christoph Willibald Gluck.
Beloved classics will also return to the stage, including Swan Lake and The Queen of Spades by Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky. Family-friendly favourites such as The Bremen Town Musicians, Little Red Riding Hood, and Cat’s House will round out the programme.
On Russia Day, June 12, the theatre will present the patriotic concert Twelve Centuries of Courage (which premiered on February 23, 2026). The season will conclude on July 6 with a true operatic celebration—a large-scale Gala Opera concert.
Tickets are available at the theatre box office, on the official website, and via regional ticketing platforms.
