Governor Mikhail Kotyukov signed a decree conferring the honorary titles Honoured Artist of the Krasnoyarsk Region. Among the awardees, there are the opera company soloists Eugeny Baldanov, Alexei Bocharov, Daria Ryabinko, and ballet teacher Anastasia Osokina.

Minister of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Region Arkady Zinov congratulated the award winners and wished them further success and new creative achievements.

The titles of Honoured Artists of the Krasnoyarsk Region are given for the first time: they were established in February 2023 on the initiative of the regional Ministry of Culture. The proposal was supported by the regional Governor. Then, the deputies of the Legislative Assembly accepted amendments to the law “On the Awards of the Krasnoyarsk Region”.

The titles are given for conscientious work and great contribution to the development of theatrical art in the Krasnoyarsk Region. Along with the title, the best stage masters and artists will receive a special badge, certificate, and monetary reward.
