Dear spectators, according to the decree of the Governor, we stop our cultural and creative activities (performances and concerts) between March 17 and 31 along with other cultural institutions of the Krasnoyarsk Region.
Tickets purchased for events of this time period can be returned (regardless of how many days are left until a performance) or exchanged to see another performance of the current season (you can exchange a ticket 30 minutes before the start of the selected performance by the administration box).
Attention! As for returning tickets, it can only be done the way via which tickets were purchased: if a ticket is bought at the box office or via the theatre’s website, it can be returned at the box office or via the website; if it is purchased via ticket operators www.krasbilet.ru, www.krasticket.ru, www.kassy.ru, www.kassir.ru, then it can only be returned via them. Please pay maximum attention to it if you plan to return tickets.
How to return the tickets bought via the website? From the mail that was indicated during the order, you need to send a letter to the address firstname.lastname@example.org with the following content (free form):
“I ask you to refund the money for the order # (indicate the order’s number) purchased in (indicate the theatre/club/organizer, or another), for the reason (indicate the reason).”
A technical refund will be made within 2 days. The entire cost of the order will be transferred to the account the payment for a ticket was made from within 5-7 days, depending on your bank’s conditions.
