“I really love the role of Butterfly, since I made my debut on the stage of the Buryat Opera and Ballet Theatre performing exactly this role in 2016. The most interesting thing was that Mikhail Pirogov became my first Pinkerton then; and I am very glad to perform Cio-Cio-san again with him on the stage of the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. For me, it will be something new and exciting, so I accepted the invitation with pleasure and gratitude to the management and the entire staff of the Krasnoyarsk theatre,” Batchimeg Sambuu commented.
