Tickets for the events of March 2022 are on sale

The New Year holidays are over, and Krasnoyarsk residents are already planning their cultural entertainment for March 2022: tickets for the events of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre can be purchased at the theatre box office, on the website Krasopera.ru, and the websites of ticket operators.

In the first days of the month - March 1, 2, 3 and 4 - fans of the music art will see a big premiere of Leo Delibes' opera Lakme directed by Sergei Novikov. Excellent music and Sergei Novikov’s new view on the opera will certainly stir up audience interest.

On the eve of International Women's Day - March 4 and 5 - not only ladies will have the opportunity to enjoy music festivities. Concerts under the brand Maestro Invites are always such festivities for the guests of the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre.

On March 11 and 12, spectators will see and hear Giuseppe Verdi's opera Un Ballo in Maschera. The first shows of this premiere were held on the eve of the pandemic, in March 2020; now, almost two years later, the audience will again be able to see Verdi's masterpiece staged by Anastasia Kasatkina.

Ballet opera Carmen to the music by Georges Bizet is a real hit of music art. The show will be performed on March 15 and 16.

The following productions will be held twice in March 2022: Ruggiero Leoncavallo's opera Pagliacci (March 18 and 19) and the spectacular premiere that took place last month - a heartfelt performance for the whole family The Blue Bird to the music of the Krasnoyarsk composer Eugenia Teryokhina (March 20 at 12 p.m. and 5 p.m.).

The premiere of the opera Zanetto by Pietro Mascagni in the relaxed chamber atmosphere of the art cafe was planned for the spring of 2021 but was held off until March 25 and 26, 2022.

The last repertoire event in March 2022 will be the romantic ballet of Herman von Løvenskiold La Sylphide that has also not delighted fans of classical dance with its beauty and grace for a long time.
