There is a month left before the tour of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre starts: our visit to the Helikon Opera in Moscow will last from 9 to 13 July. The Krasnoyarsk Theatre announces a prize drawing - an invitation ticket for two persons to the ballet Dante's Catharsis at the Helikon Opera on July 12, 2024.

Two lucky winners are to be paid for the flight from Krasnoyarsk to Moscow and back (they’ll fly along with the artists!) and accommodation at the hotel Safmar Grand Moscow, as well as for the personal income tax.

Here's what you need to do to take part in the drawing:

• purchase tickets for the operas Barbe-Bleu (June 16) and/or Yermak (June 27) at the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre and attend the show;
• at the registration desk, fill out a form where you indicate your full name, your call-back phone number, and sign consent to the processing of personal data; the registrar assigns a serial number to the participant’s application form: this number and the theatre’s seal are put on the tickets;
• drop the form into the “magic box” installed in the theatre foyer on the 1st (ground) floor, and keep the ticket with the drawing number until the end of the drawing.

The drawing procedure itself will take place on June 27, 2024 (after the opera Yermak ends) in the foyer of the second floor of the Theatre: an emcee will take an application from the sealed box and announce the name of the winner. The results of the drawing will also be published on the theatre website within two days. Already on June 29, the winner will obtain their tickets to the Helikon and a plane to Moscow and back!

The metropolitan spectators will be presented with the following productions:

• July 9 – the opéra bouffe Barbe-Bleue by Jacques Offenbach;
• July 11 – Alexander Tchaikovsky’s opera Yermak;
• July 12 and 13 – the ballet Dante’s Catharsis to the music by contemporary composers.
