From 27 to 29 of January in the framework of the VIII International Festival "Parade of stars at the Opera", dedicated to the people's artist of the USSR Elena Obraztsova, Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet holds the creative laboratory of young vocalists «Siberian Solo». The general partner of the project - Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation.

 For several years, the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre is successfully implementing the program to promote and support young talented artists. In 2014, with the support of Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation held the first creative laboratory «Siberian Solo», which resulte was the successful performance of the Krasnoyarsk opera soloists at the prestigious international competitions and the improvement of quality of execution of opera roles at the performances of the current repertoire of the theatre.

«Siberian Solo» in its conception - the only project of this kind in Russia. It allows to discover new names of performers of classical music, the young singers have the opportunity to realize their creative potential, enhance the level of performance.

Participating in today's laboratories may take soloists of the Krasnoyarsk opera and ballet theatre and students of high music schools of Krasnoyarsk. Laboratory of Krasnoyarsk for young artists is a unique opportunity without ever leaving his native city, to participate at master classes with renowned artists and opera teachers.

The program of «Siberian Solo» creative laboratory-2017 includes classes in the musical culture of the Baroque era, they hold Elena Makarova, the singer, the daughter of Elena Obraztsova; historical workshops Elena Obraztsova, coach - Olga Balashova, the soloist of the Moscow State Academic Children's Musical Theatre named after NI Sats, laureate of international competitions. Master classes of vocal technique from the people's artist of Russia, the vocal consultant of the Bolshoi Theatre Yury Statnik and Irina Dolzhenko, soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre, people's artist of Russia.

Participation of the laboratory thanks to the support of Mikhail Prokhorov Foundation is free.
