Dear spectators, Earlier, the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre suspended its performances and concerts between March 17 and 31. Unfortunately, we are forced to prolong the quarantine until April 12.

All the shows are cancelled for this period. The ticket refund conditions didn’t change: Tickets purchased for events of this period can be returned (regardless of how many days are left until a performance) or exchanged to see another performance of the current season (you can exchange a ticket 30 minutes before the start of the selected performance by the administration box).

Please pay maximum attention to returning the tickets if you plan to do it. The tickets can only be returned the way they were purchased: the box office, theatre’s website, or ticket operators www.krasbilet.ru, www.krasticket.ru, www.kassy.ru, www.kassir.ru).

If you bought tickets on the theatre’s websitу, you need to send a letter from the mail indicated during the order to the address help@edinoepole.ru with the following content (free form): “I ask you to refund the money for the order # (indicate the order number) purchased in (indicate the theatre/club/organizer or another), for the reason (indicate the reason).” The entire cost of the order will be transferred to the account the payment for a ticket was made from within 5-7 days, depending on your bank’s conditions.
