The principal singer of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Davit Yesayan took part in a series of concerts of winners of Russian and international competitions, which took place in Veliky Novgorod and Staraya Russa in September.
We remind you that Davit Yesayan is a laureate of the 2nd prize at the 4th Russian Music Competition in the category Solo Singing (2022), the 1st degree of the 2nd Russian Creative Competition Maestro in the category Vocal Art. Academic Singing (2017), 2nd and 3rd degrees of the International Competition of Russian Romance Songs Performers Romansiada (2016, 2017), laureate in the category Best Debut in an Opera Performance (for the role of Lensky in the opera Eugene Onegin by Pyotr Tchaikovsky) at the Krasnoyarsk Regional Festival Theatrical Spring 2019. Besides, he has won diplomas of an impressive number of international and Russian competitions.
At the concert cycle, Davit Yesayan performed works by Mozart, Haydn, Borne, Bizet, Tchaikovsky, Verdi, Denza accompanied by the chamber orchestra of the Novgorod Regional Philharmonic Society conducted by Lev Dunaev.
At the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre, the singer will be back in several spectacular events in autumn: two operas – Manon by Jules Massenet and La Traviata by Giuseppe Verdi, and three concerts – the opera and ballet gala night opening the 47th season, and the anniversary galas of People's Artists of Russia Larisa Marzoeva and Vladimir Efimov.
