Soloist of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre Nikita Filaretov awarded the medal For Mercy and Charity.

Earlier, the Legislative Assembly, the Public Chamber of the Vladimir Region, the town administration of Vladimir (where the singer was born) had already awarded Nikita Filaretov for special merits in the field of culture and educational activities.

— This is my first medal. Between 2015 and 2018, I organized and performed gala concerts in Vladimir, my hometown. I am glad that I received a public response and gained a genuine appreciation of my charitable deeds. I’m always ready to participate in charity projects even further,” - Nikita Filaretov said.

For Mercy and Charity medal is a non-state public one. The award is given to citizens for showing mercy and sensitivity, paying attention to war and military service veterans and other people, rendering medical, social and psychological assistance, offering rehabilitation services, as well as for charitable activities and patronage of arts.
