On February 21 on the scene of the Krasnoyarsk state opera and ballet theatre the masterpiece of world classics – "Eugene Onegin" of Pyotr Tchaikovsky. It is the unsurpassed sample of the lyrical opera in which Pushkin's poetry harmoniously merged with the fine, soulful music full of warm heat and dramatic nature.
The winner of the international competitions the honored worker of the Republic of Kazakhstan the soloist of the State opera and ballet theatre "Astana Opera" Talgat Musabayev will take part in staging, he will perform Onegin's part.
The chief conductor and the musical director of the St. Petersburg state academic symphonic orchestra Peter Feranez (Slovakia) will operate the orchestra. Speak about the maestro: "… the master of the craft, at which conducting art – in finger-tips". In different years he was the conductor of the Slovak national opera, Bolshoi and Mikhaylovsky theatres, and since 2012 – the musical director of National opera theatre of L. Janacek in Brno (Czech Republic).
The Krasnoyarsk version of "Eugene Onegin" – traditional performance in which the "live" history remained, modern and exciting. It is known that great works don't give ready recipes, but raise immemorial questions. Why we love those whom we love? How this divine and, at the same time, painful feeling is born? Where the love leaves? And what such love – punishment or award?
We will remind, display of the opera "Eugene Onegin" will take place within the VII International festival "Parade of Stars in Opera" devoted to thepeople's artist of the USSR Galina Vishnevskaya.
