In the Krasnoyarsk Philharmonic Hall, the awarding ceremony of the Krasnoyarsk Region cultural institutions’ employees took place. Among the awardees, there are employees of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Natalia Tsyupa, Alexander Kosinsky, Eugeny Baldanov, and Sevastian Martyniuk.

The head of the Exemplary Children's Opera Studio, Honoured Figure of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Region Natalia Tsyupa and the soloist of the opera company Eugeny Baldanov received certificates of monetary incentives for the winners of a regional competition for the best creative professionals, employees of cultural venues and educational organizations in the nominated category For Personal Contribution to the Preservation and Development of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Region.

Opera company soloist Sevastian Martyniuk received the same certificate, but with the description For Personal Achievements of Talented Youth in the Field of Culture and Art.

Honoured Artist of Russia, conductor Alexander Kosinsky was awarded a diploma For Many Years of Conscientious Work and Great Contribution to the Development of Culture and Art in the Krasnoyarsk Region.

The Regional Minister of Culture Arkady Zinov presented certificates and diplomas to those who make a daily contribution to the development of the unified cultural entity of the Krasnoyarsk Region.
