Libretto by Juliana Malkhasyants and Sergey Bobrov based on the play “Once upon a time” by A. Gladkov.
The new music edition was created by Tikhon Khrennikov Jr. based on the music of the ballet “The Hussar Ballad” using fragments of the ballet “Napoleon Bonaparte” and the music from the movie “The Hussar Ballad”.
