From July 27 to August 1 one of the most prominent musical theatres on the cultural map of the country - the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Academic Opera and Ballet Theatre - will introduce three productions to the audience of the main national theatre of Russia - the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia.
The 5th Nano-Opera International Competition for Young Opera Directors has announced the winners. The competition bronze winner Irina Gaudasinskaya received the special prize from the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre.
On June 22 and 23, the performances of the Glazunov's ballet Raymonda staged by Yuri Grigorovich will be given at the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk State Opera and Ballet Theatre. The maestro from the Bolshoi Theatre, Honoured Artist of Russia Pavel Sorokin will take the conductor's stand both nights.

On September 3, the 20th festival of chamber and orchestral music Asia - Siberia - Europe starts on the stage of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. The Open-Gala will bring together the stars of the Bolshoi Theatre and Krasnoyarsk musicians. Special guests of the festival are soprano singer Anna Aglatova, wind quintet, and soloists of the main music theatre of Russia.
