Carmina Burana: Cantiones Profanae has already been performed for 20 years on the stage of our theatre. The first performance of this scenic cantata for soloists, choir, orchestra and ballet in Krasnoyarsk took place on January 8, 1999.
The 10th Stars Parade at the Opera will take place between February 1 and March 29. Invited stars of the world opera art are going to take part in concerts and performances.

On November 25-30, the Natalya Sats Musical Theatre hosts the Russian Competition of Ballet Artists and Choreographers established by the Government of the Russian Federation and the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation. The artistic director of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Sergei Bobrov traditionally became a member of its Jury.
November 23, 24 and 25, Krasnoyarsk ballet dancers will present Romeo and Juliet at the famous Singapore Bay Marina Theatre - one of the best ballets of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre repertoire.
On November 28, a concert called “Let Me In, Empyrean Guard...” will take place on the stage of the Big Academic Concert Hall of the Krasnoyarsk Institute of Arts. It’ll be dedicated to the outstanding graduate of the Institute Dmitri Alexandrovich Hvorostovsky.
On December 4, the Grand Academic Concert Hall of the Hvorostovsky Siberian State Institute of Arts hosts a concert Images of the Romantic Era featuring the soloist of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre, Honoured Artist of Russia Vera Baranova.
The Hvorostovsky Opera House is awarded a grant from the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation to create a world premiere - the first production of the children's opera Peter Pan.
On November 16, an awarding ceremony of the Third National Opera Prize Onegin took place at the Mikhailovsky Theatre in St.Petersburg. The opera company soloist of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Ksenia Khovanova received the award in the Debut nomination for performing the part of Leonora in the Giuseppe Verdi’s opera Il Trovatore staged by Maria Tikhonova.
