The IX International Festival "Stars Parade in the Opera" is coming to an end. It was dedicated to People's Artist of Russia Dmitri Hvorostovsky this year. On March 28, a final gala concert will take place in the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre. The highlight of the event is going to be the opening of the Dmitri Hvorostovsky’s dressing room.

The Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Named After D.A.Hvorstovsky will take part in the annual regional festival “Teatralnaya Vesna”. Its programme consists of the best musical, puppet and dramatic performances of the regional state and municipal theatres.
Our opera soloist Anna Kiseliova and the orchestra harp player Olga Morozova were awarded with the rank of “Honoured Worker of Culture of the Krasnoyarsk Region”. Plaques of honour were handed over to our artists by the acting governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Alexander Uss.
The Moscow Novaya Opera Theatre soloist, Honoured Artist of Russia Vladimir Kudashev will take part in the opera of Alexander Borodin "Prince Igor” on March 17, 2018.

The international festival “Stars Parade in the Opera” is in full swing! On March 3, the opera “Iolanta” by Pyotr Tchaikovsky will be performed in the Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre named after Dmitri Hvorostovsky.
On February 28, the Bolshoi theatre’s soloists Oksana Gorchakovskaya and Honoured Artist of Russia Mikhail Kazakov as well as the former soloist of our theatre, now the singer of the Yekaterinburg Opera and Ballet Theatre Sergei Osovin will sing on our stage. They’ll play parts in the opera “Prince Igor” which the IX international festival “Stars Parade in the Opera” will be continued with. Maestro from Slovakia Peter Feranec is at the conductor’s stand.
