Natalia Bobrova received an award of the Russian Federation
Principal dancer of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre Natalia Bobrova was given the medal “For Achievements in Literature and Art of the Russian Federation”. Governor of the Krasnoyarsk Region Mikhail Kotyukov handed out the award to Natalia.

A meet-the-artist session with Irina Dolzhenko to take place half an hour before the concert
The spectators who bought tickets for the anniversary concert of People's Artist of Russia, principal singer of the Bolshoi Theatre Irina Dolzhenko should show up at the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre 40 minutes before the event starts. A conversation with the heroine of the occasion will be held in the traditional format Half an Hour Before.

Opera debuts in The Tsar's Bride and Prince Igor in December
Traditionally, the December playbill of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre is filled mainly with festive ballet performances and concerts. Still, two operas will also be performed this December: real masterpieces of Russian music art presenting some debut performances.

Ksenia Dudnikova, a soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre, to perform the part of Konchakovna
The guest artist will appear on the stage of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre in the opera Prince Igor by Alexander Borodin on December 21. Soloist of the Bolshoi Theatre of Russia Ksenia Dudnikova will perform the part of Konchakovna in Krasnoyarsk for the first time.

Honoured Artist of Russia German Efremov has passed away
At the age of 77, the tutor of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre, Honoured Artist of Russia German Timofeyevich Efremov has passed away. He has served in the Theatre for more than forty years.

First festive debuts in ballet productions
Pyotr Tchaikovsky's ballets The Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker have a strong connection to the New Year and Christmas celebrations. In the days ahead, the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre will already begin to evoke the festive mood: the first shows of The Sleeping Beauty will be performed on November 30 and December 1, the next ones - on December 24 and 25. 30 artists will perform their new roles on these days.

Irina Dolzhenko's anniversary gala concert to take place in December
On December 10, the Gala Night dedicated to the birthday of Irina Igorevna Dolzhenko, People's Artist of Russia, principal singer of the Bolshoi Theatre, will be held on the stage of the Hvorostovsky Krasnoyarsk Opera and Ballet Theatre.
